Common questions
- The diagnostic failed. Most failures come from password-protected pages or redirects. Open the URL in a private tab to confirm it's publicly reachable, then re-run.
- I've hit my daily limit. Quotas reset at midnight UTC. Need a higher limit? Email us.
- I want to delete all my data. Uninstall the app — we erase shop data within 48 hours via Shopify's
shop/redactcompliance webhook. You can also email us for an immediate erasure.
